The Role As Site Supervisor, you’ll run the day-to-day site operations—coordinating trades, driving programs, enforcing safety and quality standards, and keeping projects on track. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on control, detail, and results.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors for smooth workflows
• Drive programs, sequencing, and daily site productivity
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards
• Maintain top-notch safety, quality, and site presentation
• Monitor progress, report to Project Managers, and solve issues fast
• Manage logistics, materials, and site resources efficiently

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Senior Supervisor
• Commercial, residential, mid/high-rise project experience
• Strong sequencing, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Trade background (Carpentry highly regarded)
• Confident leader with excellent communication and organisation
• Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities under pressure
