With a strong pipeline locked in through 2026, we're looking for experienced Site Managers who can lead from the front and deliver quality projects safely, on time and on budget.

YOUR role
As a Site Manager, you will take ownership of projects from structure through to finishes, working closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to drive outcomes on site.

• Manage day-to-day site operations across key project stages
• Lead subcontractors, trades and site teams
• Drive programme, sequencing and site coordination
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA and project specifications
• Oversee high-quality finishes on education, housing & high-rise builds
• Manage site reporting, inspections and stakeholder communication
• Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget

YOUR experience

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Foreman / Supervisor
• Background across education, social housing or high-rise residential projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills on-site
• Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes
• Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and build quality
• Experience with systems like Procore, Aconex or similar (advantageous)
• Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction are highly regarded
