One opportunity is with a leading builder developer, delivering landmark high-rise and mixed-use developments across the Gold Coast. The second is with an established commercial builder, delivering a diverse portfolio of commercial, government and education projects. Both businesses have secure pipelines, outstanding reputations and are committed to attracting the best talent in the market by offering market-leading salary packages and long-term career opportunities.

In addition, we have Contracts Administration opportunities across Brisbane with leading commercial builders and developer-builders, with positions available from Junior through to Senior Contracts Administrator level.

The Opportunity These roles will see you working on a diverse range of projects, including:

• High-rise residential developments
• Commercial construction
• Government and education projects
• Industrial developments
• Mixed-use developments
• Social and affordable housing

You'll join collaborative, high-performing project teams where commercial thinking, leadership and attention to detail are highly valued.
Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing or assisting with Head Contracts
• Procurement and subcontractor engagement
• Cost planning, forecasting and budget management
• Progress claims, variations, EOTs, NODs and RFIs
• Preparing and reviewing subcontract packages and scopes of work
• Contract administration from project award through to completion
• Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, consultants and subcontractors
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members (Senior opportunities)

About You You'll bring:

• Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within the Australian construction industry
• Strong commercial and financial management skills
• Experience using Procore or similar construction management software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A sound understanding of construction contracts, legislation and procurement
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach

For Senior opportunities, you'll have demonstrated experience independently managing the commercial outcomes of medium to large-scale construction projects.

A Degree or Diploma in Construction Management (or equivalent industry experience) will be highly regarded.

Salary packages are expected to range from $150,000 to $200,000+ super, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
