We are seeking a Junior Estimator to join a growing pre-construction team working across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and Logan. Projects include commercial builds, education facilities, government works, social housing and mixed-use developments.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their estimating career with strong mentorship, systems and exposure to end-to-end tendering.

YOUR role

• Assisting with take-offs, cost plans and tender submissions
• Measuring drawings and reviewing specifications
• Requesting and comparing subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Supporting senior estimators through the tender process
• Learning value engineering and cost benchmarking fundamentals

YOUR experience

• 1-3 years' experience in estimating, cadet roles or a trade background
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or similar (or working towards)
