We are currently seeking Cadet and Junior Contracts Administrators to support a strong pipeline of projects across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and Logan. These roles span a diverse range of construction projects, including commercial builds, government and education facilities, social and affordable housing, industrial developments, and mixed-use projects.

You'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing delivery team where attention to detail, commercial awareness and proactive problem-solving are valued. Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with or managing Head Contracts
• Procurement and subcontractor engagement
• Cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting
• Progress claims, variations, EOTs, NODs and RFIs
• Preparing and reviewing scopes of works
• Supporting or leading contract administration from project award through to completion
• Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams and external stakeholders

Junior candidates will be mentored and supported, while senior candidates will play a key role in driving commercial outcomes and mentoring less experienced team members.
YOUR experience

• Strong communication skills with confidence engaging subcontractors, consultants and clients
• Experience using Procore or similar construction management systems
• Sound understanding of contract law, construction legislation, codes and regulations
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused mindset
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in construction
• Junior: 2-3 years' experience in Contracts Administration or a related role
• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management (or equivalent industry experience)
