YOUR Resourcing is partnering with a well-established residential builder delivering quality projects across Brisbane. With a strong pipeline of work and a supportive site team, they are now looking to bring on a motivated Junior HSE/ Safety Advisor to support the delivery of a live residential construction project in Brisbane’s inner northern suburbs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career within the building and construction industry, working alongside experienced construction and safety professionals on-site.

YOUR Role: Working closely with the Site Manager and senior leadership team, your role will focus on maintaining a safe and compliant work environment while supporting day-to-day site operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with site safety inspections and audits
Conducting toolbox talks and site inductions
Monitoring SWMS, permits, and site compliance documentation
Supporting incident reporting and hazard management
Assisting with maintaining WHS systems and records
Promoting a positive safety culture across the site
Working closely with subcontractors and site teams to ensure compliance with WHS legislation

YOUR Experience We’re open to candidates at the beginning of their safety career who are looking to gain hands-on exposure within construction.
Ideally, you will have:

Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or currently completing)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to build relationships with site teams and subcontractors
Previous exposure to construction, trades, labour hire, or safety environments advantageous
White Card required
