We are recruiting an experienced Senior Estimator to take ownership of tendering for projects across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and Logan. The portfolio includes commercial, government, education, industrial and multi-residential developments.

This role suits a commercially astute estimator who can independently run tenders and contribute strategically to pre-construction success.

YOUR role
  • Managing end-to-end tender submissions
  • Preparing detailed estimates, budgets and cost plans
  • Leading subcontractor engagement and negotiations
  • Identifying risk, value-engineering opportunities and cost efficiencies
  • Working closely with Directors, Construction Managers and Clients
  • Mentoring junior estimators and contributing to team capability
YOUR experience
  • Proven experience in pricing medium to large-scale construction projects
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract awareness
  • Ability to lead multiple tenders simultaneously
  • Advanced estimating software and Excel capability
  • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, QS or equivalent experience
