YOUR Role:
We have multiple opportunities available for carpenters at varying levels, working across live commercial and industrial sites:

Leading Hand Carpenter – supporting Site Managers on large-scale industrial and commercial builds, coordinating trades and driving programme outcomes
Commercial Carpenter – working across fit-outs, refurbishments, and new builds including offices, warehouses, and mixed-use developments
Industrial Carpenter – involved in structural works, framing, formwork, and large-scale construction packages
Junior Carpenter – working alongside experienced teams on active sites, gaining exposure across all stages of commercial construction

Your experience will include:

Trade-qualified Carpenter (or recently completed apprenticeship for junior roles)
Experience across commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction projects
Ability to read and interpret drawings and work to programme
Strong understanding of site safety, sequencing, and quality standards
Reliable, team-focused, and proactive approach on site
Leading Hands will demonstrate coordination and leadership capability
