I am a motivated and adaptable professional currently based in Mount Warren Park, Queensland. With hands-on experience across roofing, heritage restoration, medical recruitment, and hospitality, Stein brings a unique blend of practical trade expertise and strong people-focused communication skills.

Having completed his education at Ormeau Woods State High School in Queensland and The Hazeley Academy in Milton Keynes, UK, Stein built his career across both Australia and the United Kingdom. He developed his trade through apprenticeships and subcontracting roles, eventually running his own roofing projects across the UK, specialising in pitched roofing, heritage restoration, and general repairs on listed and graded buildings. His work reflects precision, pride, and a strong commitment to high quality standards.

Alongside his trade career, Stein expanded into the corporate world with TXM Healthcare in Milton Keynes, progressing from Associate Medical Recruitment Consultant to Medical Recruitment Consultant. In these roles, he managed recruitment pipelines, negotiated contracts, and built strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients specifically NHS Wales in which Stein and colleague of his built the desk from a 0% fill rate across all 5 Health Boards, to a 27.7% fill rate within 2 years, competing against 120 approved framework agencies. His ability to think on the spot, communicate clearly, and manage responsibilities independently became key strengths across both office and field environments.

Outside of work, Stein lives an active and balanced lifestyle. He’s passionate about Muay Thai training, keeping disciplined and sharp both mentally and physically. You’ll often find him at the gym, enjoying long walks, spending time at the beach, or in a coffee shop.
