Hayden recently transitioned into recruitment after moving to the Gold Coast from Brisbane, following several years working in real estate, where he gained extensive experience managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and working in fast-paced, results-driven environments. His time in real estate gave him a deep understanding of people and business, as well as the ability to assess needs, match opportunities, and deliver outcomes that meet both client and business objectives. In recruitment, he applies this insight to connect the right talent with the right roles and help organisations build strong, high-performing teams.

Outside of work, Hayden has a strong interest in financial markets and investing, and enjoys staying active through regular training in the gym with a focus on health, fitness, and nutrition. He also loves spending time outdoors fishing and camping, reading books, and following his favourite sports. A keen motorbike enthusiast, Hayden enjoys spirited rides through mountain roads whenever he gets the chance, and one of his long-term dreams is to experience the iconic Isle of Man TT in person.
